Is there any way to sync my google calendar with my work outlook calendar without using google sync?

Work recently “upgraded” our software and nobody, including the IT department, can download and install programs. I had previously used google sync quite happily to merge my work and personal calendars and view both at work and on my iphone. Is there any way to get this functionality without google sync?
