AmazonBasics Netbook Bag with Handle
Just the Thing

I just used my netbook bag for the first time and I could not be happier. It makes carry my netbook very easy and convenient and from what I could tell so far, it did a great job of protecting my computer. As light as it s, I was hardly aware that I was carrying something. It’s the prefect size and the outer pocket is perfect for my power cord and mouse. I totally recommend it. The large zipper is an absolute plus.

This is a great product. I was reluctant to order this at first because there was no clear indication that this would hold my Dell Mini 1012. But it fits perfectly. It provides just the protection you want in the slimmest design possible. And the stitching and hardware are very stylish. I just love the accessory storage: It’s large enough to hold a power supply, mouse, and thumb-drive but flattens when empty. The handles are just big enough to be comfortable. It also fits the HP Mini 311.

I just bought an Acer Aspire One netbook and I needed a case for it so I checked around my local stores but I couldn’t believe that they charge anywhere from $15 to $30 for a netbook case and it didn’t even have handles like this one! So I came back to Amazon, searched for cases and found this one. It looked nice in the photos and I really like that it had handles for easy carrying but the price really sold me. Plus, I have Prime so I would get the package in two days. I’m glad I made the purchase as the case is solidly made, the zippers are durable, my netbook fits perfectly with room to spare and it’s black so any spills (hopefully none) won’t show. The only thing I don’t like about the case is that the accessory pocket is a little small and my AC adapter bulges in the fabric.

How much can you say about a simple product done right? I have three other sleeves/cases for my Dell Mini 10 netbook, and I could probably go one about those for quite awhile given all the shortcomings, but this case is simple, and does precisely what I want. The handles are small enough to not annoy but useful enough that you’re glad they are there. It protects my Mini 10 when it is banging around in my school bag with heavy books and so forth. The zippers seem fairly solid and the entire case seems well-made.
I have an exntended battery on my netbook and it still fits in here perfectly, by the way.
Did I mention the price? You can’t beat it.
One drawback: the orange liner. It’s really, really orange. If you like orange, you’ll love it. If you hate orange, it will offend your very eyes. I’m neutral on orange, so…meh. It’s ok.
